No Monkey Business (Humor)

15 Feb

Truthinator’s Blog has hired a new photographer. We hope the images used for illustration of our Theological humor & satire bits will improve a step of two. This guy works for bananas and he promised no monkey business while on the job…

…but he didnt come through. The photo shoot for the “church” mega-zine just went to pieces as the monkey took over ..obsessed with Joel’s smile, his soft voice and ear tickling magnetism..He went apey…swinging from the rafters..jumping the seats…pawing Oprah..He felt alive for the first time as he got totally enraptured at all the monkey business, right there in the shame..WOW..could these really be humans????

If you hired an elephant, he’d work for peanuts and he could have covered the whole TD Jakes/James MacDonald kerfuffle without anyone noticing.

Of course, like the mess a Unitarian belief brings, an elephant every bit as hard to clean up after.

Definitely no monkey business needed here. Too much of that in the ‘church’!

Especially in America. We’re all about the show. People here find monkeys quite entertaining. They have been used heavily on television for decades. Sadly, they sometimes seem to be smarter than Americans! Also, I think they are fun to watch…
