I wonder what the apostle Paul would have thought about an invitation to the “elephant room”? Perhaps echoes of Phillippians 3 would be in order,-”I count it all as loss”, “elephant dung”, “beware of the elephants”?Purely speculation on my part, of course.

These Emergents and those like them are giving Elephants a bad name. Sad truth is that that these folks are supposing to be leading the flock of God, but they are leading them to nowhere but perdition ( big word I dont use often)
Personally I dont ” agree to disagree” that is hypocritical. You either take your stand or you compromise. Pity that some feel they need to compromise in order to fellowship with people pleasers.

i’m not sure what is going on. This is some strnage stuff we are seeing. A few years ago I would have sworn that McDonald would take up the reins when MacArthur is gone but now that is laughable… Warren is bringing nonChristians into the kingdom by changing the rules… What will we see next? I am dumbfounded…
